The construction project management process begins with identification of the user requirement, project constraints, resource needs, and establishment of realistic objectives to meet the strategic goals. Prior researchers suggests that digital technologies enable rapid, flexible forms of project organizing. Over the past 40 years, although several new and advanced technologies have been applied to construction projects, the efficiency of the industry has remained quite low.
